CityFibre is a London company founded in 2011 that is building an alternative full fibre network across British towns and cities. It sells wholesale access to internet providers rather than serving consumers directly, competing with Openreach. The company has connected millions of premises in one of the largest infrastructure programmes in Britain.

This role requires you to be present in our Covent Garden Office 3 days a week, with the other 2 days spent working from home.

As the UK’s largest independent full fibre network and wholesale platform of choice, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Our network is greener, more reliable and designed for the future. The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service - helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.

At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.

Joining us as Executive Assistant

You will provide executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Technology & Information Officer, helping both leaders operate effectively across a complex and fast-moving business environment.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will manage priorities, create structure, coordinate activities and ensure both executives are able to focus on strategic business outcomes. You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders, bringing organisation, pace and efficiency to a broad range of executive, operational and governance activities.

This is a highly visible role requiring excellent judgement, discretion and stakeholder management skills. You will regularly engage with Executive Leadership Team members, Board and Committee stakeholders, external partners and colleagues across the business.

  • Provide end-to-end management of complex diaries, ensuring executive time is focused on the highest value activities
  • Anticipate challenges and resolve conflicts before they impact delivery
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing papers and supporting materials for Executive, Board and Committee meetings
  • Support executive communications and leadership activities across both functions

Governance & Delivery

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites and strategic planning sessions
  • Track actions and key deliverables, ensuring commitments are followed through and completed
  • Support Board and Committee governance processes where required
  • Maintain visibility of key priorities across the People and Technology functions

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted and professional point of contact on behalf of both executives
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, Board members and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism

What Success Looks Like

  • The CPO and CTIO are able to focus on strategic priorities and leadership responsibilities
