The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service - helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.\nAt CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.\n Joining us as an Order Desk Coordinator\nJoin our Planning, Performance & Control team, where you'll play a key role in keeping customer orders moving through the delivery journey, ensuring accurate data, effective coordination and a consistently positive customer experience.\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary, and a performance related bonus.\nThis is some of what you can expect to be doing:\nCoordinating customer orders through to successful delivery\nMaintaining accurate records across Salesforce and delivery systems\nProviding clear updates on order progress, delays and issues\nWorking with internal teams, partners and suppliers to keep orders on track\nIdentifying and escalating data discrepancies, risks and blockers\nSupporting order prioritisation and issue resolution activities\nWhat you'll bring to the role\nWe're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\nYou’ll also have:\nExperience in a customer service, coordination or administrative role\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to prioritise workload and manage competing demands\nConfidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook\nExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous\nLife at CityFibre\nEveryone deserves to feel heard, valued and truly included.
