Categories may include Technology (Hardware, Software/SaaS), Professional Services, HR, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other corporate services spend.\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary, and a performance related bonus.\nThis is some of what you can expect to be doing:\nDeveloping category and sourcing strategies\nInfluencing commercial decisions across the business\nRunning end-to-end procurement activities\nLeading supplier engagement and negotiations\nAnalysing market and supplier performance data\nImproving procurement processes and governance\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\nYou'll be an experienced procurement professional with strong commercial, category management and stakeholder engagement skills, gained across multiple Enterprise Indirect spend areas within a complex organisation. Experience across Technology, Professional Services or Corporate Services categories would be particularly valuable.\nYou’ll also have:\nSignificant procurement and category management experience\nExperience developing and delivering sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills\nThe ability to influence stakeholders at all levels\nExperience using commercial data to support decision-making\nBroad procurement experience across multiple categories, ideally including Technology, Software/SaaS, Professional Services, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing or Corporate Services\nExperience operating within a complex, matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders\n Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline\nCIPS Level 5 or above, or working towards - desirable\n We want to create a sense of belonging for everyone.
