You’ll lead the Salesforce platform end-to-end - shaping its strategy, ensuring its performance, and driving its continuous evolution. Acting as the organisation’s Salesforce authority, you’ll combine technical leadership, product ownership, and service management to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.\nYou’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus and a flexible benefits package.\nThis is some of what you can expect to be doing:\nOwn and evolve the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap, aligning to business priorities\nLead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds\nAct as Product Owner, driving backlog prioritisation and delivering measurable business value\nTake accountability for platform performance, including governance, reliability, and continuous improvement (SLAs, KPIs, optimisation)\nProvide architectural leadership across integrations, data models, automation and security\nDrive delivery across multiple teams and partners, ensuring quality, consistency and scalability\nWork across enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow, ERP, integrations), ensuring seamless end-to-end processes\nChampion innovation, leveraging AI, automation and integration capabilities to enhance performance and user experience\nWhat you’ll bring to the role\nYou’ll bring a combination of platform leadership, technical depth and commercial awareness, with the ability to operate at scale and influence senior stakeholders. You’ll also have:\nProven experience in a senior Salesforce leadership role (Platform Lead, Architect or Product Owner) within a complex organisation\nStrong expertise across Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and deep understanding of platform architecture\nExperience owning platform governance, performance and optimisation (e.g. SLAs, KPIs, service improvement)\nStrong integration experience across enterprise systems (e.g. APIs, MuleSoft, ERP or ServiceNow)\nA product mindset, with experience prioritising backlogs and delivering measurable outcomes\nExperience leading multi-team delivery and working with partners/suppliers\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level\nA passion for driving innovation, data quality, and continuous improvement, including AI and automation\nLife at CityFibre\nEveryone deserves to feel heard, valued and truly included.
