We are committed to supporting our team and ensuring safe & reliable services to our partner – Coles. \n\nWhat we offer our team:\nHighly competitive remuneration package.\nPrioritise and plan your day. \nCareer growth opportunities, with an extensive learning and development program\nStable and secure job opportunity \nAn opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled and renowned facilities management teams.\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Distribution Centre located in Laverton, Victoria. \n\nThe successful candidate will report to the National Operations Manager and work closely with the Distribution Centre Manager to deliver safe and efficient operation of the facility. \n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nEnsure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.\nOversee the efficient and effective operation of the site. Including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management.\nManage annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services.\nDrive continuous improvement. Implement and develop safety standards and procedures including conducting audits across the site. \nAdhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.\n\nTo be considered for this role you will:\nTertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream – advantageous.\nPrevious Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.\nExperience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management.\nStrong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships. Experience working closely with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians and team members. \nCurrent and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
