From building and testing prompts and AI solutions through to analysing outcomes, supporting adoption and ensuring responsible AI use, you’ll help turn emerging technology into practical business capability.\nThis is also a role with significant opportunity to learn and grow. AI is evolving quickly, and we’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, adaptability and a genuine desire to build capability alongside the technology.\nWorking closely with our North American team, you’ll bring the flexibility to collaborate across time zones, including occasional engagement outside standard business hours.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with stakeholders across the business to understand processes, challenges and opportunities where AI and automation could deliver value.\nGather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.\nHelp design, build and test AI agents, prompts, workflows and automations.\nTest and refine AI solutions for accuracy, reliability and effectiveness before broader adoption.\nConduct data analysis to measure solution performance, benefits and business value.\nWork collaboratively with IT, data and analytics teams, business system owners and external technology partners.\nSupport integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and business processes.\nHelp users understand and adopt new AI tools by providing demonstrations, guidance and ongoing support.\nIdentify opportunities to continually improve existing AI-enabled processes and solutions.\nEnsure AI is used safely, responsibly and in line with company governance, with appropriate consideration for privacy, security and data management.\nKeep up to date with developments in AI, automation and emerging technology and explore how new capabilities could be applied within Civeo. \nQualifications\nTertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.\nExperience\nExperience in business analysis, technology, data and analytics, process improvement, automation, digital transformation or a related environment.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating these into practical technology solutions.\nExperience analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation or AI-enabled solutions.\nExposure to Artificial Intelligence, automation, AI agents, agentic AI, or emerging technologies will be highly regarded.\nDemonstratable experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI will be advantageous.\nExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver technology or business improvement initiatives.\nSkills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.\nAbility to understand business challenges and translate them into clear requirements and practical solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt and grow as technologies evolve.\nGenuine curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technology.\nAbility to experiment, test, evaluate outcomes and continuously improve solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.\nUnderstanding of data privacy, information security and responsible AI practices.\nCollaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across different business functions.\nAbility to balance innovation and experimentation with practical business outcomes, governance and risk.\nWhy Civeo?\nThis is an opportunity to join Civeo at an exciting point in the development of our technology capability.\nWe’re committed to embracing AI, automation and emerging technologies responsibly and purposefully, focusing on practical applications that can make work simpler, smarter and more effective.\n3 days in Sydney Head Office, 2 days work from home.\nWork alongside our global team\nCollaborative and supportive leadership culture\nThe Civeo Hive, Reward & Recognition program\nAbout Us \nCiveo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
