Civeo is seeking a Duty Manager to join our remote village team on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accommodation standards, ensuring compliance with village policies and procedures, conducting inspections and welfare checks, responding to incidents and emergencies, and supporting the Food & Beverage, Administration, and Village Management teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor village facilities and ensure compliance with accommodation and behavioural policies.\nConduct village inspections, welfare checks, and security-related duties.\nRespond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations.\nSupport administration, stocktakes, audits, and operational activities across departments.\nPromote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.\nDeliver exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and stakeholders.\n\nAbout You:\nPrevious experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar hospitality, accommodation, or service-based role.\nStrong customer service and conflict resolution skills.\nCurrent First Aid & CPR Certificate.\nCertificate II in Security (preferred).\nRSA (RMLV highly regarded).\nCurrent C-Class Driver's Licence.\nStrong administration and Microsoft Office skills.\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging\nAt Civeo, we believe that our strength comes from the diversity of our people.
