The village features accommodation, dining, recreation and fitness facilities and supports a large and diverse workforce, requiring a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, processing arrivals and departures, managing accommodation bookings and responding to guest enquiries. A key focus of the role is delivering prompt, professional and efficient customer service while ensuring all guest services processes are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.\nThis is a permanent full-time position working a 14 days on, 7 days off roster, with accommodation and meals provided whilst on site.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver exceptional customer service to guests and clients\n\nProcess reservations, accommodation bookings and room allocations\n\nComplete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately\n\nRespond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally\n\nMaintain accurate reservation, reporting and administrative records\n\nProcess retail transactions, EFTPOS payments and cash handling requirements\n\nPrepare operational reports and complete general administration duties\n\nLiaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest requests\n\nMaintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment\nAssist with accommodation administration and village reception operations \nAbout You\nWe'd love to hear from candidates who have:\nPrevious reception, guest services, front office, reservations or administration experience\n\nStrong customer service and communication skills\n\nExperience using accommodation management systems (RMS experience highly regarded)\n\nGood computer skills, including Microsoft Office\n\nStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities\n\nThe ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment\n\nPrevious remote village, hospitality, accommodation, mining or resources sector experience (desirable)\n\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing hospitality, accommodation or administration role\n\nFull Australian working rights\n\nAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening\n\nWillingness to undergo a National Police Clearance as part of the pre-employment process\n\nWhat We Offer\nPermanent
