Enjoy the benefits of a 20 days on / 10 days off rotation, competitive compensation, meals and accommodations provided while on site, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team in one of British Columbia's premier workforce accommodation facilities.\nWhat do we offer:\nHourly Rate: $21.30/ hour\nSchedule: 10-hour shifts\nEstimated Gross Monthly Earnings: up to $4,700/ per month (Figures are estimates before deductions and may vary based on actual hours worked and payroll cycles)\n Company-provided travel from: Edmonton YEG, Calgary YYC, or Vancouver YVR\nComprehensive benefits package, which includes dental, vision, life insurance, and extended health coverage\nEmployee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)\nKey Responsibilities\nSnow removal and maintenance of assigned areas.\nRemoves debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding area.\nMaintains cleanliness of public areas and all work areas of the laundry plant.\nClean and restock washrooms daily.\nClean breakroom daily, remove thrash and clean all areas from counter level down, sweep & scrub floors daily.\nEmpty garbage containers on plant floor, clean garbage containers.\nRemove collected garbage from plant, put in correct roll-off bins outside (garbage or cardboard).\nClean washer trough daily, remove dirty screen replace with clean, clean dirty for next usage.\nReport any hazards or unsafe conditions to management. \nAdhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a janitorial position preferred.\nValid class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable 5 year driving abstract.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nCurrent, valid First Aid certification is an asset.\nMust be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.\nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.\nMust successfully pass a pre-access Drug and Alcohol test as a condition of employment.\nWe are dedicated to employment equity and continuously strive to enhance our diversity and inclusion practices, fostering a respectful and collaborative workforce.
