Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Maintenance, the successful candidate will oversee preventative, corrective, and restorative maintenance activities to maximize asset reliability, efficiency, and lifespan while ensuring safe and cost-effective operations.\nThis role is responsible for the overall management of maintenance services for lodging facilities, shops, warehouses, offices, and site infrastructure. The Maintenance Manager will lead a skilled team, manage maintenance budgets and projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nLead, coach, and support the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture. \nDevelop and oversee preventative, corrective, and restorative maintenance programs and budgets. \nMonitor asset performance, maintenance metrics, and building automation systems to maximize operational efficiency. \nPlan and coordinate facility maintenance, capital projects, equipment repairs, and replacements. \nManage maintenance schedules, work orders, and service levels to ensure timely and effective support. \nBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. \nReview maintenance work for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities. \nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with operations, construction, and supply chain teams to support business objectives and facility needs. \nProvide regular updates to management on maintenance activities, project status, budgets, and asset performance.\nQualifications:\nRed Seal/building trades certification or related experience; post-secondary degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering and or management (or equivalent) is an asset; \n10+ years of experience in commercial maintenance, construction, remote camp operations, or commercial kitchen environments, including 5+ years in a leadership role. \nProven experience developing, managing, and directing maintenance programs and projects. \nStrong leadership, delegation, planning, contract administration, and cost-control skills. \nKnowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations. \nExcellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. \nProficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle. \nClass 5 Operator’s License, with a 5- year driving record satisfactory to Civeo’s driving criteria.\n\nFirst Aid certification is an asset.\nMust be abele to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test\nWhat we offer:\nWork rotation schedule of 15/13. \nComprehensive benefits package, which includes dental, vision, life insurance, and extended health coverage\nHealth or Personal Spending Account\nEmployee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)\nRRSP/DPSP Match Program\nWe are dedicated to employment equity and continuously strive to enhance our diversity and inclusion practices, fostering a respectful and collaborative workforce.
