You’ll be visible on site, understand what is happening at operational level and work alongside our Village Managers to solve problems, strengthen performance and drive consistency.\nThis role would suit an established operational leader from remote accommodation, mining services, facilities management, hospitality or a similarly complex multi-site environment who is comfortable moving between strategic priorities and the day-to-day realities of site operations.\nBased in Perth, you’ll undertake regular FIFO travel across Western Australia, typically travelling to site Tuesday to Thursday each week.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead operational performance across multiple accommodation villages, with a strong focus on safety, service delivery, people and commercial outcomes.\nProvide hands-on leadership, coaching and support to Village Managers and site leadership teams.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted operational partner across your portfolio.\nMonitor contract and operational performance, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.\nDrive consistency in operational standards, governance and service delivery across sites.\nWork closely with Finance, HSQE, IT, Retail Operations and other support functions to resolve issues and deliver business priorities.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience and profitability.\nSupport mobilisations, operational improvement initiatives and business growth activities.\nDevelop leadership capability across geographically dispersed teams.\nCreate a culture where accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement are part of everyday operations.\nExperience\nSignificant operational leadership experience within remote accommodation, mining or resources services, facilities management, large-scale hospitality or a comparable environment.\nDemonstrated experience overseeing multiple sites, contracts or operational portfolios.\nExperience leading and developing operational managers and geographically dispersed teams.\nStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of the relationship between service delivery, contract requirements and financial performance.\nDemonstrated client and stakeholder management experience.\nThe ability to quickly understand operational issues, establish priorities and drive practical solutions.\nExperience operating in fast-moving environments where priorities and client requirements can change.\nA genuine willingness to travel regularly to Civeo villages across Western Australia.\nSkills & Qualifications\nCommercially astute with strong operational judgement.\nConfident and credible communicator who can build relationships at site, client and senior leadership level.\nStrong coaching and people leadership capability.\nPractical and solutions focused, with the ability to make decisions and follow through.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to use operational data and trends to identify opportunities.\nHighly organised and capable of managing multiple sites, stakeholders and priorities.\nStrong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.\nResilient, adaptable and comfortable working in remote operational environments.\nModerate to advanced Microsoft Office capability.\nQualification in Business, Hospitality or a related discipline is desirable.\nWhy Civeo\nHighly visible leadership role across Civeo’s WA operational portfolio.\nWork directly with Village Managers and senior operational leadership.\nOpportunity to influence operational performance across multiple locations.\nBe part of a business focused on growth, service delivery and continuous improvement.\nAccess to organisational development and learning opportunities.\nCiveo Hive Rewards & Recognition Program.\nHealth and wellbeing initiatives, including Stay Well, Work Well.\nPerth-based position with regular exposure to our WA village operations.\nAbout Us\nCiveo Australia, a division of Civeo Corporation, provides workforce accommodation services globally.
