This includes accommodation bookings, room allocations, reservations management, guest arrivals and departures, reporting, retail transactions and general administration.\nYou will also assist with training and mentoring team members, maintaining data accuracy and delivering a consistently high standard of service to guests and clients. Responsibilities may vary slightly between village locations depending on operational requirements\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and support the Guest Services team to ensure efficient daily operationsCoordinate guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and reservations processing \n\nPerform check-ins, check-outs and respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently \nAssist with roster coordination and on-the-job training of Guest Services team members \nEnsure reservation data accuracy and compliance with company procedures\nPrepare and distribute reports in line with operational requirements \nProcess retail transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records \nMonitor stock levels within reception and retail areas \nBuild positive relationships with guests and clients while resolving issues promptly \nMaintain a safe, professional and welcoming environment for guests and team members\nAbout You\nPrevious experience in a senior guest services, reservations, accommodation services or front office leadership role\n\nDemonstrated supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality or accommodation services\n\nExperience using accommodation management systems, preferably RMS9 or similar\n\nStrong administration and Microsoft Office skills\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\n\nAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment\n\nStrong organisational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities\n\nPrevious remote village, mining or resources accommodation experience (desirable)\n\nAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening\n\nNational Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one\n\nFull Australian working rights\n\nWhat We Offer\nPermanent full-time opportunities as vacancies arise\n\n$83,585.08 annual salary plus $7,000 DIDO incentive\n\nAccommodation and meals provided whilst on site\n\nDIDO opportunities across Central Queensland villages\n\nAccess to on-site gym, recreation facilities and village amenities\n\nEmployee rewards, recognition and retail discounts through The Civeo Hive\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing initiatives\n\nOngoing training, development and career progression opportunities\n\nSupportive team culture with a strong focus on safety\n\nImportant Information\nThis is a DIDO talent pipeline advertisement and does not relate to a single current vacancy.\nRoster patterns may vary depending on the site and operational requirements and may include rosters such as 9/5, 10/4 or 14/7.
