The role will provide deep vertical insight by leveraging legacy knowledge, robust forecasting, and driver-based analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nKey responsibilities:\nFinancial Planning, Forecasting & Insight\nDevelop and maintain forecasts and scenarios for the region, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regional priorities\nPerform driver-based analysis to explain performance, trends, and variances across revenue, ARR, retention, margin, cash, productivity, and operational KPIs\nProduce clear and compelling performance narratives that translate data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders\nDrive improved forecast accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the region\nStandardise planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, embedding best practice and continuous improvement\nBusiness Partnering & Challenge\nReview, challenge, and enhance forecasts and assumptions produced by Finance Business Partners\nAct as a centre of excellence for FP&A, providing constructive challenge and independent insight\nPartner closely with Commercial Finance to translate financial and operational data into meaningful commercial narratives\nStrategic Finance & Decision Support\nSupport the CFO and Executive team with ad-hoc strategic analysis, rapid insight requests, and crisisdriven scenarios\nBuild and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment cases, and long-range planning\nSupport post-acquisition performance tracking and integration insights where required\nRequirements\nApply If you have:\nStrong FP&A capability, including forecasting, scenario planning, and driver-based modelling\nExperience analysing revenue, ARR, retention, margins, cash flow, and productivity metrics\nAdvanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with planning systems and BI tools is advantageous\nStrong understanding of financial statements and end-to-end business economics\nAbility to think strategically while remaining grounded in operational detail\nExperience supporting senior leaders with complex, time-sensitive decision-making\nStrong knowledge and understanding of local requirements within the region\nComfortable working across geographies, cultures, and time zones\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities\nBenefits\nWhy you'll love working with us.\nWe know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
