You’ll lead a high-performing, disciplined function that strengthens opportunity qualification, improves solution quality and customer value, and drives better commercial outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do to be successful in this role\nLead and develop a high-performing Presales team, building strong commercial, technical and consultative capability.\nPartner with Sales to shape qualification, win strategy and solution positioning, focusing resource on the highest-value opportunities.\nEstablish a clear and scalable Presales operating model, with strong priorities, ownership, metrics and accountability.\nEnsure high-quality discovery, demonstrations and solution design that clearly articulate customer value and differentiate Civica.\nCollaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams to influence priorities and improve win outcomes.\nDrive measurable impact across deal progression, conversion, revenue quality and margin protection.\nRequirements\nProven leadership experience within Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or a similar software environment.\nStrong commercial acumen with a track record of improving opportunity quality, conversion or sales performance.\nExperience leading complex software and services solution selling.\nConfidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders using evidence and commercial insight.\nStrong coaching skills, particularly helping technical specialists communicate business value.\nA data-led, proactive approach with strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.\nWe Want You to Bring Your Whole Self to Work\nThere is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
