We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities.\nWhy you will love this opportunity as a Program Manager at Civica\nAs a Program Manager within our Health division, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Private Health Insurance (PHI) customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. This is a highly visible role that combines customer relationship management, commercial accountability, delivery oversight and cross-functional leadership.\nYou will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into meaningful, value-adding solutions, collaborating with Project Managers, Product teams and Engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer success while helping shape the future of our healthcare solutions portfolio.\nThis role can be based anywhere in Australia, as long as you have full work rights. Some travel will be required based on the program you will be working on.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn and manage relationships for a portfolio of PHI customers, acting as their trusted senior point of contact.\nUnderstand customer business objectives and identify opportunities for value-adding change and improvement.\nOwn and deliver a defined section of the Services revenue budget.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of funded customer initiatives and bespoke development opportunities.\nForecast revenue, manage risks and ensure customer commitments are delivered successfully.\nWork closely with Project Managers to oversee delivery, timelines, scope and quality outcomes.\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define, scope and deliver customer solutions.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage dependencies and reduce delivery risk.\nSupport customer retention and long-term strategic partnerships.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll bring\nStrong Program Management, Portfolio Management or Senior Project Management experience within a technology, software, SaaS or services environment.\nProven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and customer portfolios.\nStrong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting and customer investment discussions.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior customer contacts and executive stakeholders.\nExperience working across Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customer-facing teams.\nStrong communication, negotiation and relationship management capabilities.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, demonstrate resilience and drive outcomes in a complex environment.\nExperience in health, insurance or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.\nExposure to CRM platforms, software delivery, bespoke development models, Agile or similar delivery frameworks is advantageous.\nBenefits\nWhy you'll love working with us\nWe know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
