We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities.\nWhy you'll love this role as Sales Operations Analyst\nWe're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Reporting-focused Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.\nThis is a hands-on Salesforce role where you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards and analytics that drive business decisions across our global revenue organisation. You will serve as a trusted reporting expert, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, actionable and timely insights on pipeline performance, forecasting, sales productivity and revenue trends.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce reporting expertise, experience developing custom and joined reports, and a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence.\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:\nDesign, build and maintain Salesforce reports, custom report types, dashboards, filters and scheduled reporting.\nDevelop complex Salesforce reporting solutions, including joined reports and multi-dimensional analysis. \nProvide visibility into pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, renewals, sales productivity and revenue KPIs.\nAnalyse sales trends, conversion rates, funnel performance and forecast attainment to provide actionable recommendations.\nPartner with business leaders to translate reporting requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nMaintain high standards of data integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Forecasting objects.\nConduct regular audits to improve data accuracy, completeness and reporting reliability.\nIdentify and resolve reporting and data discrepancies across Salesforce and integrated systems. \nEstablish and promote CRM data governance best practices.\nSupport forecasting and pipeline management processes.\nAssist with territory planning, quota management and operational reporting initiatives.\nWork with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams to align reporting and performance metrics.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales processes and reporting frameworks.\nRequirements\nWhat you will need to be successful in this role\nProven experience in a Salesforce Reporting, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or CRM Analytics role.\nAdvanced hands-on experience creating: \nSalesforce Reports\nCustom Report Types\nDashboards\nJoined Reports\nScheduled Reports\nComplex filters and reporting logic\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects and relationships.\nExperience supporting sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExposure to SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting methodologies and GTM operations.\nExperience supporting compensation, territory planning or quota-setting initiatives.\nSalesforce certifications would be advantageous.\nWe Want You to Bring Your Whole Self to Work\n There is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
