You'll work alongside talented colleagues across multiple geographies, driving innovation, establishing engineering best practices, and influencing architectural decisions that support Civica's long-term digital strategy.\nThis role offers the opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery, empowering you to create meaningful solutions that help public sector organisations and communities thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and mentor a globally distributed team of Salesforce developers.\nAct as a trusted technical leader, driving development standards, best practices and code quality.\nDesign and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.\nPartner with business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.\nDrive the adoption of Salesforce native capabilities wherever possible.\nDesign integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware technologies.\nGuide solution architecture decisions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability.\nSupport project estimations, delivery planning and technical governance.\nChampion innovation and stay at the forefront of Salesforce platform advancements\nRequirements\nWhat you will need to be successful in this role:\nYou are someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for leadership.\nYou'll bring:\n7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong expertise in Apex, LWC and Visualforce.\nProven experience leading, coaching or mentoring development teams.\nDeep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.\nStrong experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation.\nExperience building integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nA problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.\nYou'll Stand Out If You Have\nSalesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.\nExperience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.\nExposure to Salesforce CPQ.\nExperience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot).\nData migration and enterprise integration experience.\nBackground working within Agile delivery environments.\nBenefits\nWhy you'll love working with us.\nWe know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
