You’ll build and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, while developing your SQL, PowerShell and AI tooling knowledge. You’ll work closely with software development teams to identify defects and improve enterprise software quality. The role also gives you direct customer exposure, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries and supporting user testing. You’ll gain an end-to-end understanding of Civica Canada’s Convergence software in a collaborative, global environment. Perfect for a detail-focused problem solver who enjoys both technical challenges and helping customers succeed.\nRequirements\n· Knowledge of automated testing script writing tools. Familiarity with Playwright.\n· Basic knowledge of scripting languages, such as Windows CMD “.bat” and PowerShell.\n· Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (ability to: create and execute basic SQL queries via SQL Server Management Studio, run trace files, backup and restore databases, review Server and Database properties)\n· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Browsers and PowerPoint\n· Familiarity with AI tooling, particularly as it relates to developing test automation scripts\nResponsibilities:\n· Creating automated test scripts by reviewing business and technical requirements\n· Executing automated test scripts, documenting and testing defects\n· Maintaining and updating test data sets and automated test scripts\n· Responding and resolving End-User Support inquiries (both Tier 1 and Tier 2) on a rotating basis or as required.
