You’ll oversee project execution from concept through construction, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction, while collaborating across CEC practices to deliver integrated solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage solid waste and site development projects from proposal through construction, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight\nLead project teams in the planning, permitting, and design of integrated solid waste facilities\nPerform quality assurance/quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet regulatory and client requirements\nCoordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams throughout all phases of the project\nPrepare proposals and support business development efforts to expand client relationships and win new work\nMentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional growth and development\nCollaborate with other CEC practices to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions\nQualifications\n5+ years experience in the design, permitting, document preparation and CQA of waste disposal facilities\nAbility to coordinate the regulatory agency review process\nBachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's degree a plus)\nProfessional Engineering License (P.E.) preferred\nUnderstanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools\nAbout Us\nWe have experts!
