Our people are our priority - and that’s what drives us to dig deeper, collaborate smarter, and build lasting relationships inside and outside of our company.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage solid waste and site development projects from proposal through construction, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight\nLead project teams in the planning, permitting, and design of integrated solid waste facilities\nPerform quality assurance/quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet regulatory and client requirements\nCoordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams throughout all phases of the project\nPrepare proposals and support business development efforts to expand client relationships and win new work\nMentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional growth and development\nCollaborate with other CEC practices to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions\nOur Charlotte office is home to a collaborative and growing team of professionals in one of the Southeast’s most vibrant cities.
