Key attractions within the Centre include an interactive exhibition space equipped with multimedia stations, a 360° cinema that showcases Europe's journey and its future, and a Role Play Game. This game allows participants to simulate the roles of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in a hands-on learning experience.\nYou will:\nAct as the main contact for the European Parliament on all matters related to the service contract;\nPrepare and send monthly staff schedules at least 20 days in advance;\nPrepare and submit monthly activity reports;\nConfirm staffing for special events within 3 working days of a request;\nOversee the staffing of the Centre's team and ensure that service levels are met;\nWork closely with the on-site coordinators on scheduling, reporting and any issues that arise.\nRequirements:\nUniversity degree;\nRelevant professional experience in communication, public relations or staffing;\nFluent English and Italian language;\nStrong organisational skills and reliability with deadlines;\nAvailability to be reachable during the Centre's opening hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 14:00-18:00;\nExperience managing service contracts with EU institutions or other public bodies is an advantage;\nKnowledge of the EU and its institutions is an advantage;\nKnowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.\nWe offer:\nA key
