Every day, you might build an e-commerce platform using predictive analytics, design a high-impact digital campaign, or develop a data-driven product that drives measurable results.\nTake the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Data/AI Engineer in Lithuania, or any other EU location.\nYou will:\n Design & build ML/LLM solutions: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and large language model solutions - from predictive models and classifiers to GenAI applications, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;\nBuild robust data foundations: Design and maintain the databases and data pipelines that feed your models, ensuring data is clean, structured, and production-ready;\nEngineer for production: Apply solid software engineering practices - version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring - to take models from prototype to reliable, scalable production systems;\nIntegrate AI into business workflows: Work closely with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions and process automation;\nCollaborate across teams: Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and consultants to combine AI capabilities with Power BI dashboards and broader data architecture;\nStay ahead of the curve: Keep up with fast-moving developments in ML/LLM tooling and bring new techniques and best practices into our projects.\nRequirements:\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field;\n1-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, AI/LLM development, or a related discipline;\nStrong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar;\nPractical experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic workflows;\nSolid SQL skills and experience designing and working with relational or analytical databases;\nFamiliarity with software engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker);\nExperience or comfort working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar, and/or Microsoft Fabric;\nFluent English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences;\nA proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.\nNice to Have\nExposure to MLOps tooling and model monitoring in production;\nExperience with Power BI or other BI tools;\nPrevious freelance or consulting experience, particularly working with cross-functional teams.\nThe role will be shaped around your strengths-whether you’re more research-oriented, engineering-focused, or looking to grow across both areas.
