Key attractions within the Centre include an interactive exhibition space equipped with multimedia stations, a 360° cinema that showcases Europe's journey and its future, and a Role Play Game. This game allows participants to simulate the roles of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in a hands-on learning experience.\nYou will:\nSupervise the floor team daily and run staff briefings;\nPrepare staff schedules and monitor attendance;\nOrganise breaks so that all stations remain covered throughout opening hours;\nCarry out opening and closing checks of the Centre;\nReport incidents and follow up on them;\nStep in on the floor to welcome visitors, present the exhibition and answer questions about the EU when needed.\nRequirements:\nCompleted university degree;\nVery good knowledge of the EU, its institutions and current affairs;\nItalian at C2 level and English at minimum B2 level;\nExperience supervising front-of-house, visitor or customer-facing staff;\nCalm, organised and confident in leading a team;\nFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and occasional events;\nExperience in a museum, visitor centre or cultural venue is an advantage;\nA valid first-aid certificate is an advantage;\nKnowledge of other EU languages, in particular French, German or Spanish, is an advantage.\nWe offer:\nA leadership role at an innovative venue dedicated to education and engagement with Europe;\nShifts within the Centre's opening hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 14:00-18:00, plus 15 minutes before and after, and occasional evening or early-morning events;\nFirst-aid, AED and fire-safety training before you start;\nA modern work environment and friendly
