Partner Development Program

The Civitta Partner Development Program is designed for experienced consulting professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career and build a path towards Partnership.

Over 6-12 months, you will develop your own client portfolio, strengthen your business-development capabilities, gain hands-on experience with Civitta’s tender and proposal processes, and progressively take ownership of commercial results. The program is designed to give you the experience, relationships and business perspective needed to step into an Associate Partner role with P&L responsibility.

You will start by working closely with Civitta’s Tender & Business Development function, gaining a deep understanding of how we identify opportunities, shape propositions and win new work. At the same time, you will build your own pipeline and client relationships, with the opportunity to originate and retain projects that become part of your future portfolio.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond project delivery and build a consulting business within Civitta.

The program is open to candidates across all Civitta geographies, with a particular focus on Greece, the Baltics, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia.

You will:

• Build and grow your own client portfolio and business-development pipeline;
• Participate in and lead selected tenders and proposals, working closely with Civitta’s Tender team;
• Develop and convert new business opportunities into projects and long-term client relationships;
• Lead consulting projects and teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client impact;
• Work across Civitta markets and practices to develop international opportunities;
• Progress towards ownership of a portfolio, team and P&L as part of your path to Partnership.

Requirements:

• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, professional services or a related field;
• Proven track record in client management and/or business development;
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with an ambition to build and grow a consulting business;
• Experience leading teams and complex client engagements;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively across markets and practices;
• Professional fluency in English and the local language.
