The program is designed to give you the experience, relationships and business perspective needed to step into an Associate Partner role with P&L responsibility.\nYou will start by working closely with Civitta’s Tender & Business Development function, gaining a deep understanding of how we identify opportunities, shape propositions and win new work. At the same time, you will build your own pipeline and client relationships, with the opportunity to originate and retain projects that become part of your future portfolio.\nThis is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond project delivery and build a consulting business within Civitta.\nThe program is open to candidates across all Civitta geographies, with a particular focus on Greece, the Baltics, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia.\nYou will:\nBuild and grow your own client portfolio and business-development pipeline;\nParticipate in and lead selected tenders and proposals, working closely with Civitta’s Tender team;\nDevelop and convert new business opportunities into projects and long-term client relationships;\nLead consulting projects and teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client impact;\nWork across Civitta markets and practices to develop international opportunities;\nProgress towards ownership of a portfolio, team and P&L as part of your path to Partnership.\nRequirements:\n5-6+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, professional services or a related field;\nProven track record in client management and/or business development;\nStrong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with an ambition to build and grow a consulting business;\nExperience leading teams and complex client engagements;\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;\nAbility to work collaboratively across markets and practices;\nProfessional fluency in English and the local language.\nBenefits:\nProfessional Growth -
