Civitta in cooperation with Synergie Personal Deutschland GmbH is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.\nProject Manager\nAs a Project Manager at AMLA, you will lead the delivery of up to two projects within the AMLA Supervisory Programme. You will also help build AMLA’s project management capability, setting up the methods, governance and tools its units use to run projects, in a dynamic and multicultural EU institution.\nYou will\nLead and coordinate up to two projects within the AMLA Supervisory Programme, ensuring objectives, milestones and deliverables are met on time\n\nDesign and implement project management methodologies, governance frameworks, standards and templates across AMLA\n\nMonitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies, propose mitigation measures and escalate where needed\n\nOrganise and chair project meetings and steering committees, and prepare status reports, dashboards and governance papers for senior management\n\nAdvise AMLA units on project initiation, scope, resources, risk and stakeholder engagement, and support related change management\n\nTrain and coach project managers, project owners and business stakeholders, and maintain guidance materials and training resources\n\nRequirements\nUniversity degree of at least 3 years of study\n\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in a PMO\n\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing PMO structures, governance and methodologies, including templates, playbooks and governance documents\n\nProven track record of delivering project management frameworks or transformation programmes in complex environments\n\nExperience training, coaching or mentoring professionals without a project management background\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online) and in MS Planner, MS Project or other project management tools\n\nAbility to create structured templates, process diagrams and workflows in Visio, Miro, Lucidchart or equivalent\n\nEnglish at C1 level, as English is the working language at AMLA\n\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex project management concepts into simple, practical tools and guidance\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience driving change initiatives\n\nHigh level of self-organisation and autonomy, a pragmatic, hands-on
