You’ll match freight with the right carrier at the right price, all while maintaining service and profitability.\nBuild and grow relationships with vetted truckload carriers\n\nNegotiate rates and contracts that keep everyone rolling\n\nUse CJ’s advanced tech tools to optimize coverage and streamline operations\n\nKeep lines of communication open with carriers to meet delivery expectations\n\nIdentify process improvements and recommend smarter, faster ways to operate\n\nExecute spot market freight with an entrepreneurial mindset\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nHigh school diploma or GED required (college is a bonus!)\n\n2+ years in carrier sales or brokerage operations\n\nProven experience in rate negotiation and load execution\n\nComfortable navigating Transportation Management Systems (TMS)\n\nExtra points if you know: MercuryGate, DAT, FourKites, Convoy for Brokers, Google Office & Trucker Tools\n\nYou’re persuasive, quick-thinking, and love working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment\n\nEntrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results and relationships\n\nWhat's In it for You:\nCompetitive salary: Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.
