growth.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and execute business development strategies tailored to Pakistans trading landscape\n\nIdentify and onboard trading influencers, partners, affiliates, academies, and institutions\n\nPromote CK Funded trading challenges, funding models, and unique value proposition to local markets\n\nRepresent CK Funded at virtual events, digital campaigns, webinars, and community platforms\n\nManage and grow a qualified pipeline of leads and close high-potential traders\n\nWork closely with internal teams (marketing, support, and product) to align local efforts with global strategies\n\nProvide weekly market feedback and performance reports to senior management\n\nHelp localize offers, promotions, and communication for cultural relevance\n\nUphold the brands professionalism and ethics in all communications and partnerships\n\nQualifications\nBachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant field (Internationally recognized degrees preferred)\n\nFluency in English and Urdu (both written and verbal)\n\nStrong understanding of the trading industry, including prop firms, forex, and funding challenges\n\nSkilled in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills\n\nCertifications in financial markets, trading, or digital sales are a plus\n\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management\n\nPrevious experience in a prop firm, trading platform, forex brokerage, or fintech
