There is potential to build a small technical team as the function grows.\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\nBuild and deploy AI solutions:\nDevelop AI agents and applications for customer inquiries, business intelligence, and operational workflows.\nBuild end-to-end solutions using LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and relevant full-stack technologies.\nTranslate business requirements into functional tools with clear acceptance criteria.\nDeploy, monitor, and maintain solutions; troubleshoot issues; manage output quality; and optimize operating costs.\nDrive business systems integration:\nRepresent the organization in ERP evaluation and implementation, working alongside external technology vendors.\nCoordinate vendor relationships across functions such as HR, finance, and administration.\nIntegrate business applications, including CRM and accounting systems, to reduce manual data entry and fragmented workflows.\nLead AI adoption and process transformation:\nMap existing departmental workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.\nAssess where automation is appropriate and where existing processes should remain unchanged.\nTrain non-technical teams, drive adoption, and support users after deployment.\nTrack measurable outcomes, including time saved, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.\nEstablish systems and data foundations:\nImprove data hygiene and structure spreadsheet-driven processes.\nBuild reliable foundations for integrations, automation, and future AI initiatives.\nRequirements:\nSeveral years of hands-on AI or automation delivery experience.\nEvidence of personally building and deploying AI-driven tools used by non-technical users.\nPractical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.\nSufficient full-stack engineering capability to deliver working solutions across backend, frontend, integrations, and deployment.\nExperience operating independently in a lean environment, making technical decisions and owning delivery end-to-end.\nExperience working with external vendors on business-system implementations or integrations, such as ERP, CRM, or accounting platforms.\nAbility to train non-technical stakeholders, manage adoption challenges, and demonstrate measurable business impact.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.\nGood to Have:\nExposure to SAP, Tally, or other ERP and accounting systems.\nExperience in real estate, PropTech, or other businesses with spreadsheet-heavy and legacy-tool-driven operations.\nExperience establishing a new technical function or mentoring and hiring engineers.\nExperience in an in-house technology team, consulting, or implementation
