Even with more than 9,000 people, 130 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.\nCLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.\nCLA is currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join ourFund Administration group in one of our Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West office.\nJob Responsibilities:\nFinancials: Records and analyzes client’s financial information.\nAnalyzes and interprets financial information that client leaders need to make sound business decisions.\nPrepares financial reports for other groups (creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities, and more).\nReviews and monitors costs inherent in the business.\nSchedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and may identify corrective actions when necessary.\nAbility to independently prepare financial statements.\nMeets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions when necessary.\nJob Requirements:\n4 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.\nBachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.\nOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
