In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of secure, efficient server-side systems and APIs. You will collaborate with other technology professionals and business stakeholders to build reliable solutions, integrate applications, troubleshoot issues, and support the continued evolution of our technology environment.\nHow you'll create opportunities in this Backend Software Engineer role:\nBackend Development & Integration\nBuild and maintain APIs that enable secure and efficient data exchange between systems.\nDevelop and support server-side logic, services, and data structures.\nCollaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with backend systems.\nWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions. \nFeature Development, Testing & Security\nParticipate in the design, testing, and deployment of new features with guidance from senior team members.\nImplement security and data protection measures as directed.\nPerform unit and integration testing to help ensure functionality and reliability.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and implementation details.\nOperations, Monitoring & Project Support\nMonitor system performance and help troubleshoot and resolve issues.\nSupport project planning activities, including estimation, task coordination, and identifying dependencies. \nWhat you will need:\nExperience\n2 years of relevant experience required.\nExperience with programming languages commonly used in backend development, such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js, preferred.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree required.
