As an Experienced Audit Associate, you will perform significant audit and other assurance engagements for our clients, build relationships, and assure continued close personal attention to their needs. CLA auditors get the footing they need to step confidently into leadership positions and more specialized practice areas.\nHow you’llcreate opportunitiesin this Experienced Audit Associate role:\nPerform a wide range of audit and accounting procedures impacting industry-specific issues.\nAudit complex areas or transactions as well as prepare financial statements and related reports.\nSchedule, delegate, and review the work of staff.\nSupervise, train, and mentor staff.\nKeep Manager or Principal informed of engagement status and issues.\nProactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information to ensure timely engagement wrap-up.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.\nCurrent CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.\n1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable).\nAbility to travel to client sites\nOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
