Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.\nThis role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of CLA’s Sales and Marketing platforms, including CRM. This role bridges business needs and technical execution translating complex technical solutions utilizing Microsoft stack, Power platform, integrations efforts which drive development standards, enhancements, scalability, and system performance across the platform.\nHow you’llcreate opportunities in this Senior Marketing Technology Developer role:\nDesign, develop, and implement complex MarTech and Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins (.NET/C#), custom actions, Power Automate flows, workflows, JavaScript web resources using dynamics 365 SDK and power platform tools.\nMaintain strict code quality standards, perform comprehensive code reviews, write unit tests and implement performance optimization strategies to prevent system latency.\nConfigure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, security, business process flows, processes and business rules\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and clearly articulate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations\nDevelop and manage integrations with internal and external systems, APIs, and data sources to ensure reliability and performance\nOwn and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation\nEstablish and uphold development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices\nPerform code reviews to ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, data integrity, and system stability\nSolution/customizations deployments.\nManage features, user stories, PBIs within DevOps (ADO) ensuring tasks are accurately tracked.\nLead data governance and data quality efforts within technical solutions\nManage deployments, release processes, and environment configurations\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve automation, development efficiency, and platform scalability\nMentor junior developers through technical guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing\nWhat you will need:\n4 years of relevant experience required\nSoftware development experience in Dynamics or Power Apps preferred\nBachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nTechnical Competencies:\nAdvanced experience with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse customization, including tables, forms, views, and security models\nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET, including plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and Azure based components\nHands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Key Vault, Service principles.\nExperience managing end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including CI/CD or Power Platform pipelines, to deploy Dataverse solutions across environments.\nMastery of the Microsoft stack, Azure services, JavaScript’s, Dataverse, building Pro-code extensions within Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)\nExperience with integrations, APIs, and data architecture\nAbility to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences\nExperience working in agile or scrum environments\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions\nProficient with essential D365 development utilities, including XRMToolBox, Plugin registration, Powerfx, Visual studio (VS Code).\nOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
