This role creates a holistic view of solutions architecture and ensures technology initiatives align with business objectives. Provides strategic technical leadership, drives architecture standards, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready.\nHow you’llcreate opportunitiesin this Senior Solution Architect role:\nEnterprise Architecture & Strategy\nDefine and maintain solution architecture standards and frameworks that guide technology decisions.\nPartner with leadership and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with firm priorities.\nDevelop strategic technology roadmaps and forecast emerging trends to inform architecture decisions.\nEnsure architecture principles are embedded in enterprise planning and governance processes.\n\nSolution Design & Delivery\nServe as the primary liaison between firm leaders and technical teams on mission-critical projects.\nTranslate business requirements into high-level technical designs and system guidelines.\nDesign and oversee implementation of solution architectures, ensuring compliance with standards.\nEnable data-driven solutions by architecting data pipelines that support advanced analytics.\nTechnical Leadership & Governance\nProvide guidance and oversight to technical teams during design and implementation phases.\nReview technology initiatives for alignment with architecture principles and recommend improvements.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation for architectural initiatives and governance processes.\nChampion best practices and enforce compliance with established architecture standards.\nWhat you will need:\n6 years of relevant experience required \nBachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nDegrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.\nTechnical Competencies\nEnterprise Architecture Design - Ability to develop and maintain architecture frameworks and standards.\nSolution Architecture - Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions.\nData Architecture & Pipeline Development - Proficiency in building data pipelines and enabling analytics solutions.\nCloud Technologies - Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.\nIntegration & API Management - Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and API design.\nSecurity & Compliance - Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.\nTechnical Governance & Documentation -
