Locations include: Mankato, Austin, New Ulm, Owatonna and Rochester.\nHow you’ll create opportunitiesin this Experienced Tax Associate role:\nPrepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.\nComplete tax-related research and special projects as needed.\nHave the ability to prepare simple tax returns.\nDevelop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.\nWork with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.\nCurrent CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.\n1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable).\nAbility to travel to client sites\nOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
