Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.\nThe Role\nYou will own the full customer relationship: onboarding, go-live, retention, renewals, expansion, and work directly with the CEO as the customer’s internal quarterback at ClaimSorted.\nLead onboarding and delivery: build the plan, drive the timeline, and ensure a clean go-live\n\nCoordinate Ops, Claims, and Product to unblock issues fast and keep clients confident\n\nRun the account rhythm: success plans, SLAs, escalation paths, and exec updates\n\nSpot risk early, de-escalate issues, and earn renewals and references\n\nFind and close expansion opportunities (new programs, regions, lines, volume)\n\nTurn what works into repeatable playbooks, templates, and routines\n\nWe love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. We’re a high-intensity team because we believe great outcomes come from doing the work well.\nQualifications\nWe care more about hunger and grit than years on a CV.
