There's never been a better time to join.\nAbout the Role\nHandling claims at scale requires simultaneous operational and product expertise. As our Founding Deployment Strategist, you’ll own how ClaimSorted’s technology is deployed for our Partners, and make sure every Partner we bring on is properly embedded and well served as we grow. You’ll own the deployment journey that takes a new Partner from signed contract to live claims, coordinate the people across the company to make that happen, and work with our Product team to ensure our technology works from day one. As part of this role you will:\nBuild a clear, structured deployment process that takes Partners from Sales through set-up and into Account Management, accounting for differences by region, line of business and program.\n\nOwn coordination during deployment, so everyone involved knows who is responsible for what.\n\nWork with our Forward Deployed Engineers to simplify how Partners’ systems integrate with ours, and support the deployment of our technology-enabled capabilities, such as FNOL, policy analysis and system automations.\n\nTake what you learn from Partners back to the Product team, so every deployment is faster than the last.\n\nWe love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office.
