scaling 10x YoY, processing hundreds of millions in claims payouts, and backed by the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo.\nWhat you’ll do\nConduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls\n\nIdentify areas of failure, both on an individual and broader operational level\n\nConduct feedback session with claims handlers\n\nWork with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling\n\nSupport broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nBased in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization\n\n5 Days in our Dallas Office\n\nLicensed claims adjuster\n\n5+ years of claims experience in at least two of the following product lines -
