development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.\nWork with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.\nFine-tune and optimise models based on business and product requirements.\nBuild scalable APIs and AI services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask.\nImplement model evaluation, observability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.\nOptimise AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.\nStay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, ML frameworks, and AI infrastructure.\n\nRequirements: \n4-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering or a related role.\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nStrong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.\nHands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs.\nExperience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.\nExperience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex or equivalent.\nExperience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments.\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps is preferred.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with AI Agents / Agentic AI.\nExperience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or other foundation models.\nExperience with model fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, or other parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nKnowledge of distributed systems and scalable AI architectures.\nExperience with AI evaluation frameworks and LLM observability tools.\nStrong hands-on engineering mindset.\nAbility to take AI solutions from POC to production.\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nPassion for building practical and
