You can judge the code an agent writes.\n\nIndependent judgment: You know what to delegate, where to intervene, and when to simplify.\n\nClear communication: You explain decisions, flag uncertainty early, and move work forward in a remote team.\n\nCurrently working at a product-based startup or scale-up\n\nResponsibilities\nConcept to production.
