We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.\nWe are looking for someone who will:\nBuild, integrate and maintain machine learning models in a development environment\nHigh level of business understanding to tackle any problem with the best possible approach\nCreate simple but very informative visualizations to explain your work for a broad audience\nIdentify data requirements and needs along with the data engineering team\nBe able to collaborate with teams remotely, not only locally\nConduct data analysis to support business decisions.\nCollaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability.\nCollaborate with our data engineering team to implement solutions to meet the company’s goals\nDocument your work to have a solid foundation of it for new team members or future reference\nExperience delivering end to end solutions for business teams\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience as a Data ScientistProficiency in SQL, Python, and Git.\n\nExperience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).\nExperience with object-oriented programming (OOP).\nFamiliarity with AWS and Databricks.\nUnderstanding of data science best practices.\nAbility to say 'I don't know' and willingness to research and find solutions.\nGood english level. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Corporate Bill Pay and Spend Management: Familiarity with corporate bill pay, credit card, and spend management products.\nData Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, QuickSight, and Databricks.\nProgramming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and modeling.\nA/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to drive product decisions.\nRegulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector, especially those relevant to Latin America.\nWhere we work\nThis is a hybrid role: you'll split your time between the office, customers and home.
