We aim to achieve this goal by bringing together the world’s most talented people and the most powerful technologies, combining them to address our customers' challenges and to build something stronger together. \nIf you share our vision, join us! \nRight now, we are looking for a Security Technical Account Manager to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon/Porto.\nYour responsibilities include:\nSupport incident management activities, ensuring end-to-end coordination and resolution of critical security events across multiple environments;\nMonitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents leveraging FortiSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender;\nPerform proactive threat hunting activities to identify anomalies, potential threats, and malicious activities across the client's infrastructure;\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance Security Operations (SecOps) capabilities and cybersecurity maturity;\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for security-related topics, providing guidance on security architecture, incident response, and risk mitigation;\nCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices;\nProvide technical leadership and support within SOC and SecOps environments, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.\nYou must have:\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;\nMinimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, SIEM management, risk management, and/or cybersecurity consulting;\nStrong expertise in FortiSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender;\nProven experience leading technical teams within SOC and SecOps environments;\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, incident management processes, and security operations best practices;\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
