Lisbon.\nYour\nresponsibilities include:\nData CenterNetworking (Cisco ACI): Operate, configure and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabrics\n(tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, L3Outs), ensuring availability\nand performance.\n\nLAN/CampusSwitching (Huawei): Manage the Huawei switching infrastructure (VLANs, STP,\nLACP, stacking, L3 routing), including configuration, firmware upgrades and\ntroubleshooting.\n\nFirewall& Network Security: Administer Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls - security\npolicies, NAT, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, threat prevention profiles,\nHA and firmware lifecycle.\n\nAzureNetworking & Security: Operate and evolve Azure network components (VNets,\npeering, VPN Gateway/ExpressRoute, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Application\nGateway/WAF, Private Endpoints) and hybrid connectivity with on-premises.\n\nIncident& Problem Management: Act as L2/L3 escalation point for network and\nsecurity incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent\nfixes.\n\nChangeManagement: Plan, document and execute network changes in line with ITIL\nprocesses and the client's change windows.\n\nMonitoring& Capacity: Monitor network health and capacity (e.g. Zabbix/Grafana),\nproactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.\n\nDocumentation:Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configurations, procedures and knowledge\narticles.\n\nClientCollaboration: Work as part of the client's ICT Squad (Network & Security),\nin close collaboration with the client's technology team, supporting sprint\nplanning and network/security projects.\n\nYou must\nhave:\n5+ years ofexperience in enterprise network engineering/operations;\n\nHands-onexperience with Cisco ACI;\n\nSolidexperience with Huawei switching;\n\nExperienceadministering Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls;\n\nExperiencewith Azure Networking and Security services;\n\nStrongrouting & switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and VPN technologies;\n\nFluentPortuguese and good English (written and spoken);\n\nInterpersonalrelationship and teamwork;\n\nProactivity,initiative and good analytical ability.\n\nNice to have:\nNetwork/securitycertifications: Cisco CCNP/CCIE (Data Center or Enterprise), Palo Alto PCNSE,\nFortinet NSE 4 or higher, Microsoft AZ-700,\n\nHold ITILcertification,\n\nExperiencein client-facing / onsite and Agile (squad, sprint) delivery models,\n\nKnowledgeof monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana),\n\nProblem-solvingskills,\n\nGoodcommunication,\n\nStressmanagement and emotional
