contribute to architectural and development decisions.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack.\nFollow software development best practices, including version control, testing, code reviews, and documentation.\nContinuously evaluate and adopt modern development practices and technologies.\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.\nStrong experience with Node.js and backend development.\nStrong experience with React and modern frontend development.\nSolid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.\nExperience developing and integrating REST APIs.\nUnderstanding of frontend architecture, responsive design, and modern UI development.\nExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\nFamiliarity with Git and modern software development workflows.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.\nNice to Have\nExperience modernizing, refreshing, or migrating existing applications.\nExperience with legacy application refactoring and modernization initiatives.\nExperience improving existing UI/UX and implementing modern design systems.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with automated testing.\nFamiliarity with modern frontend tooling and frameworks.\nExperience working with applications undergoing significant technological
