Target start date is mid-January, 2027. \nThe role:\nYou will support the FP&A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach our financial goals and ensure the long-term stability and profitability of the business. \n\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn an environment where everything is fast-paced, you will contribute to all 5 pillars of the group strategy: people-centric, brand-build, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty. You will be a contributor in managing the P&L and providing support to the business working mainly on the E-Commerce, CRM, and media scope. You will help improve financial performance and assist in instilling a ROI mindset within the organization.\nAssist the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, analysis, and planning. \nProvide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes. \nAnalyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams.
