If you are passionate about technology, customer-focused innovation, and bringing impactful products to market, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation.\nHealth, dental, and vision coverage in the United States, and comprehensive health and dental coverage in Canada.\nPaid time off and company holidays.\nRemote work opportunities across the United States and Canada.\nEmployee wellness and professional development programs.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for new and existing software, devices, and services, from initial planning through launch, maintenance, and retirement.\nConduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and prioritize features that address business and customer needs.\nCollaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to refine user stories, coordinate releases, manage risks, and ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate product development timelines, documentation, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional launch readiness, including training materials, product demonstrations, and sales enablement resources.\nMonitor product performance, customer satisfaction, serviceability, and business outcomes while supporting continuous improvement, financial planning, and effective management of product-related risks.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, science, or a related field.\n0-3+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations, commercial functions, or related roles.\nExperience supporting product planning, market research, customer requirements gathering, or software and technology product development.\nStrong project coordination, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and communicate product progress effectively.\nUnderstanding of product lifecycle processes, including requirements definition, development, testing, launch, and ongoing product improvements.\nStrong customer focus, sound judgment, and effective collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.\nFamiliarity with regulated healthcare technologies, clinical data capture, medical devices, or relevant quality and regulatory standards is preferred.\nAbility to work remotely from the United States or Canada with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment; and travel occasionally as business needs require. \nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
