Through your work, you will help strengthen our ability to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate clinical development and improve outcomes for patients worldwide.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)\nRemote or hybrid working\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBusiness Growth & Financial Impact\nSupport profitable business growth through the implementation of pricing initiatives, including collaborating with cross-functional teams on pricing (strategies) and margin analysis to maintain and improve profitability\nPartner with commercial team, science, and contracts to provide insights on solution optimization opportunities to drive Clario’s ability to win, including review of strategic MSAs and pricing.\nServe as a key subject matter expert on Clario’s solutions, supporting deal reviews and ensuring proposals align with product capabilities and customer needs\nChange Management\nLead change management initiatives related to process improvements and system implementations\nDevelop and execute communication strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and engagement\nAssess organizational readiness for change and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks\nStrategic Initiative Support\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new services or business alliances to drive revenue growth\nProvide oversight of initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets\nEnsure business processes are aligned with new solution/technology implementations \nSupport Business Operations leader with long range planning \nAs needed, oversee relationships with key vendors/partners \nProcess Analysis and Optimization\nLead business transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing process optimizations that accelerate growth\nSupport regular inventory review meetings, contribute commercial perspective and support strategic inventory decisions with the cross-functional team\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus on process changes\nMaintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness\nRegularly review and assess process performance against established metrics\nReporting and Analytics\nPrepare and present regular reports on process improvement initiatives, including progress, impact, and ROI\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and process enhancement\nCompliance and Risk Management\nEnsure all process changes comply with relevant industry regulations and internal policies\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes or implementations\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or other position working collaboratively across business stakeholders, technology organizations and customers.\nDeep understanding of clinical trial industry best practices in process improvement and operational excellence\nProven track record of successfully implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent analytical skills\nDemonstrated ability to innovate\nExcellent team leadership and facilitation skills\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
