In this role, you will work closely with project teams, sites, and sponsors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality study data and service deliverables. This position plays an important role in supporting compliant, efficient clinical research operations that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.\nWhat We Offe r\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nRemote and hybrid work options\nTuition reimbursement\nEmployee assistance and wellness programs\nLife and disability insurance\nWhat You’ll Be Doin g\nCoordinate site and operational activities throughout the clinical imaging study lifecycle, including study start-up activities and preparation of study materials.\nFollow up on required documentation to support site qualification and schedule logistical and technical training with site personnel.\nCreate test-run requests for sites submitting digital data and review, process, track, and monitor study-related data received from sites.\nMonitor and resolve data discrepancies, conduct logistical edit checks, and report issues identified within study systems.\nPerform day-to-day image quality control (IQC) activities, including coordinating, requesting, tracking, and processing IQC data in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and study protocol requirements.\nManage site communications, generate reports and queries, and verify information for accuracy before distribution.\nCommunicate with clinical study teams and sponsors regarding study deliverables and maintain accurate information within the study database.\nPrepare bone mineral density (BMD) Scan Review Forms and support Project Managers with project administration, tracking, and reporting.\nParticipate in project meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.\nWhat We Look Fo r\nHigh school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.\nFamiliarity with PC-based computers and standard software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and databases.\nKnowledge of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is preferred.\nAbility to navigate computer networks and manage electronic files effectively.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.\nClear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, sites, and study teams.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.\nProfessional interpersonal skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
