Candidates must be available to work on-site as required by the business and team needs.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation \nPrivate health insurance \nEngaging employee programs \nFlexible work schedules \nAttractive PTO plan \nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAssess learning needs, recommend effective instructional design solutions, and develop learning resources that meet business and client requirements.\nDesign and develop customer-facing training and learning assets related to product, project, and protocol-specific deliverables.\nCreate engaging learning materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training presentations, job aids, reference guides, and documentation.\nManage all phases of the training development lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and product lines, including Respiratory, Imaging, eCOA, Precision Motion, and Cardiac solutions.\nPartner with subject matter experts across Content Development, Customer Care, Product Management, and project teams to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.\nContribute to the development and optimization of team workflows, processes, and best practices.\nMonitor training effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate project risks in a timely manner.\nSupport hybrid collaboration through regular in-office participation and effective remote engagement.\nWhat We Look For\nHybrid Work Availability: Candidates must be available to work in a hybrid setting, including regular on-site presence as required\nBachelor's degree or certification in Learning and Development, Education, Business, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in a corporate training, learning and development, or instructional design role.\nProven expertise in applying instructional design methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.\nExperience developing eLearning and instructor-led training materials using Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar authoring tools.\nStrong proficiency in content development, learning technology, curriculum design, and project management.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\nEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software, systems, and tools quickly.\nExperience interpreting technical specifications and translating complex concepts into effective training solutions is preferred.\nExperience creating video-based learning content, animations, or multimedia training assets is preferred.\nKnowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry is preferred.\nCandidates may be asked to provide a portfolio or work sample demonstrating instructional design capabilities and content development experience.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
