If you are passionate about leadership, process excellence, and advancing clinical research, we invite you to join our global team.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nAttractive benefits focused on health, well-being, and financial security\nFlexible work arrangements that support work-life balance\nEngaging employee development and recognition programs\nTechnology and resources that enable effective remote collaboration\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead and oversee Data Management operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of clinical trial services\nPartner with sponsors and internal stakeholders to ensure study requirements, timelines, and quality expectations are achieved\nCoordinate activities with Data Management leadership and cross-functional operational teams\nDevelop, implement, and maintain department procedures and process improvements to drive operational excellence\nMonitor, analyze, and report departmental metrics and performance indicators\nDetermine staffing strategies and hiring projections to support business objectives\nManage, mentor, and develop Data Management staff, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development activities\nConduct regular department and team meetings to communicate priorities, performance, and organizational updates\nSupport the development and delivery of training programs and continuing education initiatives\nEnsure adherence to global SOPs, working practice guides, and regulatory requirements\nOversee preparation for client audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews\nCollaborate with Project Management and Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective data collection processes\nMeet with clients to discuss protocol requirements, study strategy, and data management solutions\nSupport implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational processes\nPromote collaboration across departments to optimize resource utilization and customer satisfaction\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred\nMinimum of four years of Clinical Data Management experience or equivalent industry experience\nPrior people management experience, including leadership of direct reports and performance management responsibilities\nExperience partnering directly with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sponsors\nStrong knowledge of clinical trial processes, clinical data management practices, and regulatory requirements\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and balance operational, client, and people leadership responsibilities\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels\nExperience developing and tracking operational metrics and performance indicators\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel\nAbility to build collaborative relationships across global teams and functions\nExperience supporting process improvement initiatives and driving operational consistency across teams\nAbility to work remotely and successfully lead distributed teams across multiple locations\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
